Mini Blast Freezer/Chiller

Ice Make Blast Chillers and Freezers rapidly chill or freeze food products to extend shelf life and preserve quality. Suitable for industries like hotels, bakeries, ice cream, and food processing, these machines meet hygiene standards and reduce food waste. The Cold Room type is ideal for small to medium-scale operations with precise temperature control and rapid cooling to –35°C (freezer) or 2°C (chiller), available in capacities from 200 to 2000 kg. The Mini type is compact and efficient for smaller volumes of 50 or 100 kg. Applications include freezing ice cream, meat, seafood, ready-to-eat foods, and chilling curd or paneer. Both types feature automatic defrost cycles and thick PUF insulation for energy efficiency.
